EAS Myoplex Lite, 20 Packs, Choc Lovers Pack I take this whey protein post workout mixed with water and 5mg of L-glutamine added to it.....whey is fast acting and with the added L-glute helps with muscle repair and recovery. I would normally take a higher carb shake post workout to help restore glycogen lost throughout a workout BUT I'm carb cycling and need a low carb option. That's where myoplex lite comes into play....it's pretty tasty, too!
