the crying at 13 drives me nuts! girls never stop crying, lol :) that's great you have the support from your hubby (i do as well). my goals at christmas change to maintaining. i figure if i can beat the majority of people's 7-10lb weight gain with 0...that's a huge success :) congrats on your progress...slow 'n steady is the best. the weight i lost for comp....most of that was gained back. not discouraged, though!

yep, i know all about handfuls. i have 2 girls and my oldest is 13....different kind of handful at that age, lol. girls are gems. wouldn't change one thing. they sure make christmas more fun! how's your training going? as dedicated as i am to my workouts i do find this time of year challenging (too much going on in the brain, lol)

mid morning here...it's going great so far, lol. kids are home on christmas break so we all slept in, they're playing wii and i'm drinking my morning coffee and then going to head to the gym....life is good :) how's your day?
