I am SO proud of Scott! His journey is truly inspirational. He lost 100lbs and competed in his 1st bodybuilding competition within a year....not many people can say they've done that. He has been supportive to me and always has words of encouragment that have kept me motivated in my own journey. I know that his journey is not even close to being over....he will return to the stage and when he does I will be shouting the loudest (he shouts the loudest for me, too, LOL)
How can I NOT choose Amy? She's breathtakingly beautiful....an inspiration to many. She's overcome obstacles to be where she is today and deserves recognition for her hard work! Her journey to the stage has been motivating and inspiring. I wish her nothing but the best!!!!

Well , I'm living in a small town in Manitoba. And it isn't growing at all. In fact , it's pretty much a senior's community. Lots of apartments. We do have a lake that's nice when it isn't covered with algea. So there's about 2 months of the year I can go to the beach and have an excuse to take my shirt off. LOL.

So what type of cleanse? For me it's 6 meals a day supplemented with two shakes. I've been doing this for about 9 months and just increase or decrease my calorie in take according to what I want to do, i.e gain weight or lose weight. I eat the SAME thing every day except for my cheat days ;)
