I am SO proud of Scott! His journey is truly inspirational. He lost 100lbs and competed in his 1st bodybuilding competition within a year....not many people can say they've done that. He has been supportive to me and always has words of encouragment that have kept me motivated in my own journey. I know that his journey is not even close to being over....he will return to the stage and when he does I will be shouting the loudest (he shouts the loudest for me, too, LOL)

I did extremely well last week with my training/cardio (most days did twice/day cardio). I was bang on with my diet the earlier part of the week then ate chocolate Friday night, Saturday night (always do fine during the day) AND Sunday!!! But I did carry on with the rest of the day as...

yes!!! and you can really feel that pull especially if you're running against the wind. hahaa! i'm obsessed with speed lately. i wanna get faster on the field! :) i'm doing ok lately. school is hectic but do-able. how about you?
