I am SO proud of Scott! His journey is truly inspirational. He lost 100lbs and competed in his 1st bodybuilding competition within a year....not many people can say they've done that. He has been supportive to me and always has words of encouragment that have kept me motivated in my own journey. I know that his journey is not even close to being over....he will return to the stage and when he does I will be shouting the loudest (he shouts the loudest for me, too, LOL)

I did extremely well last week with my training/cardio (most days did twice/day cardio). I was bang on with my diet the earlier part of the week then ate chocolate Friday night, Saturday night (always do fine during the day) AND Sunday!!! But I did carry on with the rest of the day as...

Thanks for the encouragement! I really need it this week. I have Cardio in the morning on Tuesday and Thursday and Volleyball at night on those days this week. Its going to me killer, or its going to kill me...not sure which on yet lol!
