well i figured out a way to get more workout time, but at the same time i have another added time consuming activity. i spoke to some of the gym employees and they agreed to let me in early to get some extra workout time with no one else there(except the employees), like the alone time:). now...

How's the training going? I switched to German Volume training from an article I saw on this website. I love it, it really stresses the muscles with the different supersets.

I havent recd the products yet - hopefully by today -and will start on Monday - i am going to be using Gaspari Products, for 30 days and will be logging and blogging my progress on this site and their forum as well - I felt actually honored that they would ask me - finally my hard work paid off -- >^..^<

LOL my arm is healing nicely - I guess as Dawn Melanie say " appreciate the negative" this injury will help me focus on abs and legs for the next 4 weeks : )
