decided to change my physique from 155 lb hippie, to more muscular... then figured might as well go for bodybuilding, and i'm so glad that I did
Why I Love It:
to see what i can do next with my body. something i have some control over. watching my hard work show up when i cut...its worth all the aggravation of dieting.
How I Stay Motivated:
knowing i won a contest where there was gear users amongst us. my job makes me angry.
BB Accomplishments:
3/07 - 7/07 155 lbs to 200 lbs, then down to 168 for competing. then from 11/07 - 7-08 168 lbs up to 219 lbs. i train hard and still come back for more.
i'm fed up with "natural" bodybuilding, and i can honestly say i might not ever compete again. I certainly will never support a natural show ever again, or invest any time towards something that ridiculous in my life. the organizations are mainly at fault and don't care about the...
Hi Derek, well you just gotta keep plugging away.. every workout you do and calorie you eat will help you reach your goal, if not in 1-2 months, then maybe 3-4 months but it's an investment you will win! :-)
Nah you didnt come off as an ass at the least. Ive viewed a few pics from the october show and a few guys dont look natural at all. Suspect of gear but thats my opinion on that. Why do you think I outta just do Mens open? I was aiming for first place in Teens (since the class is free) and then Id do Mens Novice and hope to place top 5. Kind of shooting high.. or do you think otherwise?
