Someone I see all the time says to me, " Hey Jimmy, you're shirt is starting to poke out there a little bit, huh." That was all I needed.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of tight muscles. After you workout and it feels like your muscles are pressing against your skin. Nice.

Trying to lift more than my synergistic muscles would allow and injuring my shoulder.
