How I Started:
After long years of laying my lazy ass on my sofa, I decided to do some sports go lose some weights and be more healty. After losing some weights I started to hypertrophy now my main aim to have strong muscles and sexy&beautiful body...
Why I Love It:
I makes me feel better after a very long and stressfull office day. After lifting hundreds of kg my anger flies away.
How I Stay Motivated:
It is very difficult to be motivated after a long a tiring workday, but seing bodies at bodyface.com motivate me and go to gym for catchin'up with them...

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
on my shoulder, it takes 10 day to recover from, I did not lift even 1 kg during 10 days...
