Reason: My husband!! His living the lifestyle and his dedication to this sport is amazing. I learn something from him everyday, even if I don't want to admit it ;)

Reason: Excellent resource for diet, lifting tips and recovery. Also a good source of "looking at things from a different perspective."

Reason: He always reads my blogs and gives me tips to help me out.

Reason: Adam's knowledge of bodybuilding is first rate. The proof is with the amount of muscle he has been able to pack on his tall frame. Keep kickin' a$$ with the iron and continued success with all of your bodybuilding endeavors! -Jeff

Reason: I remember when our stats were pretty similar and then all of a sudden...BAM! His motivation and knowledge is far beyond any "normal" person/bodybuilder.

Reason: Adam (The Foutian of Knowledge) has been a true inspriration to me now for about 3 years ( or close to it) He has been a great friend with some great advice! I think the World of him and his Wife Courtney....they both are very diehard and true to the Iron! It has been Wonderful getting to share this journey with them...and I look forward to the years to come.

Reason: This guy really spurs me on and occasionally flashes caution lights my way about things I might be undertaking/considering. He has made some amazing progress over the last couple of years I have known him over this site and I am certain, with the determination he has, he will get where he wants to be. I look forward to seeing that.
