Reason: My husband!! His living the lifestyle and his dedication to this sport is amazing. I learn something from him everyday, even if I don't want to admit it ;)

Reason: Excellent resource for diet, lifting tips and recovery. Also a good source of "looking at things from a different perspective."

Reason: He always reads my blogs and gives me tips to help me out.

Reason: I remember when our stats were pretty similar and then all of a sudden...BAM! His motivation and knowledge is far beyond any "normal" person/bodybuilder.

Reason: Adam (The Foutian of Knowledge) has been a true inspriration to me now for about 3 years ( or close to it) He has been a great friend with some great advice! I think the World of him and his Wife Courtney....they both are very diehard and true to the Iron!
