My Motivation Program

Seeing all the unfit people around and hoping that I can motivate them to find fitness. I have little tolerance for apathy toward unfit living. I never want to be the person I left behind. My new lifestyle has brought me more happiness than anything else and I hope others will find the same. I'm always willing to help others to the best of my ability. Its the least I can do out of respect for those who've done the same for me.

Last year I bought a pair of Fat Gripz, loved them. I made the mistake once of leaving them at the gym, so of course they were never heard from again. I replaced them recently and I'm realizing I should have done so much sooner! Everyone wants good arms, and they're marketed as the "Ultimate Arm Builder". This is a true statement, as my forearms have never been this sore and I've had to lighten up my weights significantly to get through all the sets without my grip failing first.... Go to BodyBlog

I've been off the most supplements except for the basics for a long time now. As far as the hormonal side of things, I've been completely natural since August of this year, only last month using a natural booster (D-Aspartic acid/Testofen, for those who wonder. Very much a fan of these two). Though, the time has come to step it up a notch. While very much a gray area anymore, there are still a handful of prohormones out on the market. robertrod Thank you for your advice.I got injured and I just started back yesterday.Yes Im doing now more weights than cardio.I am doing cardio 3 times a week post weights as you mentioned. Yes, nutrition is the key. Is where Im strugling. Because I work long hours and sometimes is difficult. I would like to know if you know are have any easy to make meals that I could do. MechEngDude You have been gaining weight steadily since you have started. Something many skinny weaklings try to do buy fail. For example, I feel like I am stuck at 170 right now.
