Background
I used to be a manager for 24 Hour Fitness and figured I may as well use the free membership when I found out I was over 23% BF. I developed an appreciation for anatomy during my schooling for Massage Therapy.
Its my personal therapy and it has developed my character more than any other sport I ever participated in growing up. Every workout I compete against myself.

Conquered the 120s!
Posted in Supplements : Apr 25, 2011 8:46pmAfter posting the video last week, a friend posted his set doing 100s as well. He didn't get as many reps or as easily, but it pushed me to up the bar this week. So I went all out after wrapping my head around the idea of using the heaviest weights on the rack. Pretty happy with how the set went! Can only get cleaner form and more reps from here!

I personally respond best to a low (not zero) carb, moderate protein, and high fat diet. I make sure to time the carbs that I do get to first thing in the morning and around my workouts. So here is a complete breakdown of what my typical day looks like from beginning to end and what supplements I use as well. Everything listed below totals up to around 3000 calories from approximately 300g Protein, 160g Carbs (17g sugars), and 110g Fat
