I lost 20lbs from feb-june just with diet and reduced beer consupmtion. During my internship I shed nearly 25lbs in 10 weeks. 240- 195 in 6 months. Began powerlifting style lifting day after photo.
At 225, chest delts abs and alittle fat. My progress for the month was not too good but I also had alot of shit from work goin on. This next month or two should be alot more productive.
lol I dont know about deadlifting in your slippers but damn I know at least if you get an injury you were comfortable lol. Cause damn it hurts to have your shoes cut off when you break something down there!

Transformation from Aug. to now is quite amazing. Powerful upper body with the thick neck and traps, massive chest, excellent delts and arms. You'll be dangerous on a stage soon. Andre
