Chest 195lbs Waist up
I lost 20lbs from feb-june just with diet and reduced beer consupmtion. During my internship I shed nearly 25lbs in 10 weeks. 240- 195 in 6 months. Began powerlifting style lifting day after photo.  At 225, chest delts abs and alittle fat. My progress for the month was not too good but I also had alot of shit from work goin on. This next month or two should be alot more productive.

lol I dont know about deadlifting in your slippers but damn I know at least if you get an injury you were comfortable lol. Cause damn it hurts to have your shoes cut off when you break something down there!
