Started lifting weights for football then found a love for bodybuilding. I am now unable to play football because of a car accident so this has become my new love.
Why I Love It:
I love to see a change in myself. Sitting there looking in the mirror at yourself and seeing the abs start to come out, or not be able to wear the same clothes, or just having people say that you look differant. That is why I love it!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I really motivate myself. This is something that I really want for myself and there is no one in the world that can "MOVITATE ME". But the things that continue to drive me are the looks. The looks of people that think that I look good or I look big is what gives me drive. Also my own want. Growing up as the fat kid made me have a bad self image for my self. I want this more than anything. This is to show all of the people out there that thought that I would always be the FAT KID that I can do what ever I want...EVEN WHEN NO ONE ELSE THOUGHT THAT IT COULD BE DONE!!!!!
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing so far. I have gotten fat over the last few months. Time to get back down!!

Irondiva shows that with some good old fasion hard work that you can go from someone that is hiding in their body to someone that can change the way they look and more importantly change who they are.
Living with my wife is hard on my diet. She always has to have cookies, cupcakes, anything really that is sweat just sitting around the house. I am ok with just eating rice, chicken and some other things all the time....but her on the other hand is hard to make happy. But on the flip side it...
I lift 4 days a week. Chest, tri's on Monday. Back, Bi's on Tuesday. Sholders on thursday. Legs on Fridays. 30 minutes of cardio on lifting days and 60-90 minutes of cardio on non lifting days. Also 15 minutes in the sauna every day to clear out my mind.
Hi Tristan! I wanted to thank you for the honor of being selected as a person you find inspirational. That means so much to me. I really appreciate it. :)
I have an even better compromise! They are very rare in the US but there are purebred black and tan labs! They are an accepted color in the UK... so you would have a lab that looks more like a Rottie! http://trinitylabstexas.com/wp -content/uploads/2008/03/23435 90939_7f40653ed32.jpg
Yeah, I like red and rust or black and rust best, I don't really like the look of the blue or fawn colors, and definitely don't like the albinos.
Well maybe you could work your wife up to a big dog by starting with a small one, like a Min Pin or German Pinscher?
No... she hasn't tried that! When I was a kid I had a GSD Dobe mix, I always wanted a GSD... then as I grew up I realized I HATE fur, so a Dobe is practically the same dog, but sheds less, and I think they're pretty sexy looking. I just added one of my favorite pics of my dobe to my gallery.
Yeah, it's nice... Ours is a big (95lbs)baby at home, he's really gentle with our 1 year-old daughter, she even used to try to chew on his ears lol... but he's weary of strangers, especially men. I love that as a woman I can go walking at midnight in the city and no one comes near me! I've had groups of shady looking guys cross to the other side of the street :)
