How I Started:
My boyfriend actually. I wanted to be in better shape, tone, and improve my running.
Why I Love It:
I feel great after working out. I've noticed differences and I'm happier with the fat off!
How I Stay Motivated:
I listen to my ipod, I try to notice places that need improvement and the compliments help. :)
BB Accomplishments:
I've improved my mile 1/2 by shaving off a whole minute. Which is AMAZING! I've gotten more definition and my core has gotten stronger!

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
Im not married or with kids, so for ME, its made me happier. To be in better shape and feel better about being healthier.
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
Considering that I'm in the military and we have to be in good phsyical condition, I'd say its helped a lot.
