right on! although i wasn't able to follow the eating plan, i found the workouts challenging. I love her no nonsense approach. Can't wait to hear when you achieve your weight loss goals!

Yea the Jillian Micheal's program works. Its best for beginners but it takes a lot of discipline. Its good for anyone really but because it focuses so much on endurance and fat loss, your likely to loose some of maintain muscle. If you just want to build muscle then try the New Rules of Lifting for Women. Good Luck! I hope I explained that ok?
Hey! I did do the jillian michaels book. I didn't do the meal plan so much, but the workout program is amazing. If you stick to it and eat clean you could easily lose up to 20 lbs depending on how much you need to lose! Good luck! :)
