WELL.... I had a baby and gained some weight... Its not my lifestyle and I want to change it not only for myself, but for my partner and my daughter! Its important to be in shape so you care about yourself!!
Why I Love It:
I will admit that I dont quite LOVE it yet :) However, I think if I have the right mind set, I will elarn to LOVE it quickly!! With the extra weight I have gained, I have become quite lazy :)

Ya the 6 times a day is optimal but if your sick get lots of rest so you have a quick recovery and can get bsck on track. Don't stress about the diet of workouts when youre sick, it'll just make the recovery take longer cuz youll be stressed out. Hope this helps Trish:)
Hahaha yes it's much harder to take it off than to put it on. I've heard of the program not too familiar with it though but have heard good things. You'll do great Trish just keep consistent and everything will fall into place. You can do it:)
