Well ur lookin good n ur photo. u must b eating good. my friend had the same pool issue so dont b 2 enbarassed: frogs grime and such. he's still cleaning. im too far away or id help. I WanNa SWi!M

oh good! I wanted to send you a message the other day. I have my bikini and a camera. I'm just waiting for a nice sunny day to take a photo. I'm sooo excited because I actually like the way I look in the bikini. How are things on your end?

oh I'm doing good. You still pressing at the gym? I have totally been enjoying my workouts lately. I have even been adding a one mile run on my leg days. That is HUGE for me. I added Lipo6, a fat burner. today is day 2.

Yeah, I really liked how I felt about my leg workout after a quick run. I'll definately do it again. Nothing major planned. my favorite, the gym most days, church on wednesday & the second job on thursday. I had a great weekend, how bout you? hows work?

I'm very proud of you!! I can definately see some definition in your upper back. Keep it up, man. I'll be posting some photos soon. Still gotta go buy a new camera and have a friend help with the photos.
