How I Started:
I have been working out(off and on for years). Getting distracted by life circumstances. I feel like I am finally at a place in my life where I can finally achieve the physical goals I have always wanted. So I am going for it through proper diet and exercise.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel when I am able to slide into a pair of jeans that complement my figure and wear a string strap tank top and feel good about it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing I am doing this for life. It's not just about not being embarrassed at the beach(though that is a BIG bonus). It's about being fit to go rock climbing, learning to scuba or surf, being fit to walk and play with my dog and even more my husband(when I get married). Along with maturing spiritually, staying physically fit helps sluff off the daily stresses that attempt to steal my joy.
BB Accomplishments:
Well, I do this for recreation and health. No competition, but I have accomplished: Loosing weight and inches which is part of the purpose. =)

In reference to your cheat foods... Every Sunday morning BooToots gets a Denny's Rocketship full of OJ & 'reduced fat cinniman rolls-pillsbury'. But she calls them simmin-rolls. I think she lives for it because she'll generally mention it on Saturday night before bed.
