When I Started:
Oct, 2003
How I Started:
When I first started it was to get bigger. My dad had some weights in the basement so I would work out there. My dad told me to just do curls, benching and situps and then everything else will follow. Well I got some size onto my arms, not alot. Then I started to get interested in it a bit more so me and my brother visited bodybuilding.com and found out all the exercises and routines and such. I started researching a bit more for a bit, then I took a long break. In grade 10 I got really serious and gained alot of weight because I wanted to get big for wrestling ( WWE stuff) I attended a school in Cambridge for it but was still pretty small. Anyway thats how I got started
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because you can always push yourselves and its not a contest with other people, its great to be able to go to the gym one week, use a weight you never used before, then the next week you are using an even higher weight. And then the transformations in the mirror, I remember when I had like no veins what so ever or abs, now I have alot of veins in my arms, not great abs but a 4 pack.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated through my results and progress in the gym. It also helps that what I want to do as a carerr I need to look a certain way so that motivates me as well.
BB Accomplishments:
My major bodybuilding accomplishments would be building muscle, and coming from being a skinny kid, to someone I can be proud of, even though Im still no where near where I want to be, im still no where near what I used to be.

This was takin about 1 year ago when I was 14 years old. I was really skinny back then and I hated it, and I was also in a wrestling school at that time so I was hoping to be a bit bigger.
To gain as much muscle as I can and then cut down to a nice lean bodyfat percentage.
Goal (Long):
Im a big wrestling fan and want to pursue that as a carrer, so in order for me to do so I need to have the body of a wrestler. So thats what got me into lifting, and Im going to gain as mucle muscle as I can, then cut down.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
None

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I pulled a back muscle from deadlifting. I was injured for a good month or so, I couldnt pick up anything and I could barley do anything. I recovered by taking some time off the gym, then when I went anything that I did that hurt my back i stopped immediatly. Eventually it got better.I pulled a back muscle from deadlifting. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Hey everyone, I just started working out this monday, I went to the gym and started doing curls and I felt great. Just after about 2-3 weeks off I thought I lost some strength, but sure enough I was doing more than I did when I took the break. Thats funny isnt it? You take a break, then...
SWEET!! There a wrestling school, in which Shawn Michaels used to manage to my hometown bro.
We should wrestle someday. see who the tougher wrestling fan 4 life! LOL
totally, especially training like we do. We'll just go in and destroy every muscle on its day. I bet we can get a solid 10-12 lbs of lean mass at least in 3 months. Then we'll do a good cut? get shredded ftw
Ha ha! All okay -- but a pretty funny mistake! John Cena did a few natural bb competitions here in L.A. before he went to wrestling (a GREAT decision, obviously). Best I recollect he's about your height. So, I'll just change recommended role models for you! lol! Just keep up the good work.
Whatsup, your big. I see you have a bit of bodyfat. You should try cutting. You will get ripped and you will see your abs and veins start popping! Really look intimidating then!
hey bro from what i have seen in your progress pics you've made awsome progress the only tips i got for your is to bulk and use the 5X5 workout!
