There it is, the reason I use this workout is because at first I was working out 4 days a week, pairing shoulders and chest up. Well since chest is the bigger muscle I was doing chest before shoulders, then whenever I went to do Military Presses I could never increase the weight, so I gave it its own day and it is working.
