How I Started:
I ran track for school, and they had us lifting occasionally. I liked it and kept lifting post-season but not hardcore.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good and helps me stay healthy, which is my number one.
How I Stay Motivated:
I definitely should hit the gym more (weights). I really just run all the time. I don't know much when it comes to lifting!

haha, thanks for the message. As long as you keep training hard, it'll all come easily. For supps, right now i take my Protein, Glutamine, Fish Oils and a Multi-Vitamin. I use to take creatine but decded that it bloats me too much lol. Whenever I need a pickmeup, ill take some Nitrix Oxide Preworkout. Lemme know if you have any questions bro.
