I want to go from postpartem to ripping form in a year. I want to see the tear drop of my thighs!
Goal (Long):
In 2007 I started getting really serious with my weight training and began to see the result of my hard work, along the way I slacked off. Today my body six days postpartem and weighing 188lbs, 28% body fat. I dont want to get back to my old shape, I want to be better, I want the best body that I can have. I want to be ripped and feel great from any angle. My legs have always been my trouble spot I want to work those puppies till I see real results and then work them more till the world sees the results! I'm giving myself a year. Is 18% bodyfat possible? Is reaching 135lbs possible I'm sure as hell going to find out and you know what, I'm going to beat that goal to have the gratification of knowing that I did it, I dit it!
She stays focused and driven to gain her achievements. Her drive to gain definition in her lower half is nothing short of inspiring and for myself, who also has alot of trouble with my lower half namely my legs, she is inspiring, motivating and all the good stuff that will keep me going towards my goals
Time and time again I've heard that breast feeding speeds up postpartem weightloss. I want to set the record straight, this maybe so for some but it is certainly not the law. Take me as case in point:
Mondays - lower body and abs (stability)
Tuesdays - upper and yoga
Wednesdays - Cardio and Plyo abs (strength)
Thursdays - lower body and abs (stability)
Fridays - upper and abs (stability)
Saturdays - cardio (pool time with the kids!)
Sunday - Rest (hallelujah!!!)
Just remember that if your motivation is down, it is only for this moment and will pass. Focus on your goals and look for the reasons you want to make this change - the motivation will return.
our fam is Christian, we dont celebrate that. Relatives do, but I dont go to support it or eat there. I find Indian food not as tasty as the stuff I make from cookbooks or other places online
lol i stopped eating most trini food. If anything the only home food ill eat is dhal, with one spoon full of rice and some stew/curry chicken. Other than that its one or two doubles when pop brings it from the roti shop. No roti, no aloo pie, little rice.

53 lbs in a year? Yip that's easily possible. If you were super dedicated you could probably knock that out in 6 months! You've got plenty of time, just make sure to set short-term goals like 5 lbs in a month or 1 lb per week.
