How I Started:
I always liked being fit, but was never involved in much sports growing up...however i have always admired people who were fit and had healthy bodies. Always wanted a nice lean hard body...So i decided this is the point were i stop wanting and start working towards this goal!!!
Why I Love It:
I believe working out is something you do for you, its not something you do to please any one, at the end of the day what you do must help you feel better about who you are as an individual.i feel that its my responsibility to stay fit while hepling others along the way.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation comes from the lord, when i get up every morning and i realize that hey, am alive and healthy. Every time i look in the mirror and i see myself i am thank full for who i am. Seeing others who share the same interest is also part of my motivation especially guys like JOSH and others on here.

chilling, resting my legs today after extensive workout this morning, like 2500 reps of jumping jacks, and about an hour of workout with shoulders.

work hard, stay hydrated, and eat more (meals not portion)
results should start kick in less than 3 weeks if you don't have cheat days (tolerating yourself to eat the food/snack you crave)!
