always been my thing, just never seen progress, wasnt eating healthy and never had a program
Why I Love It:
Back in the day, it would be about lifting and just feeling the lift.. but the last couple months the muscles have been coming in and I now know what a pump is... Building your body is an art and it takes time and hard work and thats what I love about it
How I Stay Motivated:
music, lookin at the hot girls, seeing muscles grow where i never thought i would get it...
Getting rid of this bodyfat.. by any means necessary...
Goal (Long):
No more ab workouts, Im more happy with my results without targeting my abs... My big goal is getting my bench press up. I think by doing that all my other numbers will go up as well which will equal to a better look for my physically...
I cant imagine getting up at 5:00 am every morning to work out, that would be torture for me, even now just thinking of tomorrows workout is scaring me, i use to love working out mainly cause i wasnt lifting hard and was just pretty much doing cardio on the...

Haa definally not.. i would have some great definition tho haha (hopefully) I am definally doing weights 3x a week + cardio , 2 separate cardio days, and then one day on the weekend i play soccer! i hate cardio and love weights hehe

Definally no drugs. Just hard work, strict dieting and consistent training. Iv been loosing about 2-3lbs a week...tomorrow morning ill weigh in and see if iv lost again...but i have a feeling it is starting to slow down:(
