I started working out a little before I joined the ARMY. While i was in, I loved the way i felt and decided when i got out to use that same form of workout. Its been a while since I have been out of the military, and I am now looking to start back working out again. My little brother has just gotten out of the military himself, and has moved down to live here in the sunny state. We are both going to assist each other in staying on the healthier path!
I think I should also mention I do not eat much meat. I do eat chicken and fish. I have taken nutrition courses in college and am working on supplemental meals for myself. I will always take advice on recipes! I am not a person who gets big, I get small if I do not workout. Guess that is a Caribbean thing! (Joking!!)
Why I Love It:
It really does make you feel a lot better, and of course look much healthier. I get smaller when I do not work out, which I do not mind, but i like my toned look better!
How I Stay Motivated:
Still working on that, but being able to keep up on the football field- either one- is great motivation.
BB Accomplishments:
Im not looking to get that big, mainly just want to get my definition back!

If i do not workout, I get smaller. My goal is to get back into the rhythm of basic exercises and running to get myself back in shape and toned. If i can add 10 more pounds is even better!
