I live in the Caribbean on a twin island called Trinidad and Tobago, so I had to alter my diet according to our fruits and vegetables.

6am                 Breakfast: 3/4 cup oats, 1 fruit, 1 coffee/green tea

9-10:30am        Workout

10:30am           Protein Shake

1:30pm             Lunch: Fresh/Steamed Veggies with Grilled/roasted chicken/fish

3:30pm             Snack: 1 Apple or 1tsp P.Butter or Nuts

5:30PM             Dinner: Protein Shake
