I work out six days a week and my split is: Monday: shoulders (heavy) Tuesday: rest day Wednesday: hamis and glutes Thursday: back and light shoulders Friday: chest/obliques Saturday: quads, calves, abs Sunday: biceps and triceps Usually 20 mins of Cardio three times a week:) Oct 24, 2012 11:42am
