My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
im am following kris gethins 12 week hardcore program i am in to week 10 now im enjoying doing it the dtp training is great
some of the exercises i cannot do at the moment not strong enough to pull my self up eg chins/dips so i use machine assisted of them it is hard to do but im sticking with this it is a damm good programme try it out. so thanks to mr gethin for him putting these workouts for use to follow because if i was trying to do this alone i would have failed by now when i train i train alone its for me my achivement and most of the people i no are not intrested in keep fit or cannot afford to go

eating clean 6 meals a day 2 day time meals are mrp but i feel im doing ok

only ever just trained before never used supplements but im taking at correct times and with meals

trimtony im on week 8 of the hardcore trainer not doing to well this time round only lost 4 lbs in the first 2 weelks and have since put 3lbs back on
