How I Started:
I started running five yrs. ago and i was wanting to gain some muscle and still have my cuts. Its really hard to gain weight because i want it to be muscle and not fat.
Why I Love It:
working out is like my little get a way. I feel like i can do anything when am working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
looking at other people in the gym and wanting to look like them one day. And being on bodybuilding.com alot of great people on here.

Thanks for the compliment...my shoulders and biceps are my favorite... LOL . Didn't do anything but stairs and runnin aroud with kids today...stairs up and down in the house doing housework and laundry. LOL.
run was a quickie. But i managed to run the first mile under8 minutes...(LOL 7:58). But the last 2.1 mi were slower...about 8:30 min miles. I'll do a bit more running distance tomorrow. How much do you run on average per week?
