How I Started:
I started running five yrs. ago and i was wanting to gain some muscle and still have my cuts. Its really hard to gain weight because i want it to be muscle and not fat.
Why I Love It:
working out is like my little get a way. I feel like i can do anything when am working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
looking at other people in the gym and wanting to look like them one day. And being on bodybuilding.com alot of great people on here.
Thank you so much. Does running help with scoliosis? What about brisk walking? All I know is that ballet really helped but since I'm not practicing anymore... I mainly do cardio as of now.
Hello, Steve! Things are going good here. Getting ready for our house closing on Friday!! Anyways, those pesky lower abs don't come out unless you're BF is pretty low.
My week is getting better! I'm feeling better, so I got a light workout in yesterday. I'll go a little harder today :) I hope you week is going good too!
