My high school gym teacher bet me that when I would be 21, I would have a beer gut and be out of shape. Few years later, I was working out with a former friend who was all muscle and no brains. The scare tactic that I am bigger than you was used instead of common knowledge to win a fight. Armed with being very educated, that incident fueled my fire to lift even harder, push past the pain that my injury's have cause and truly start the transformation of my body.
Why I Love It:
Stress release and I seem to break bones or tear muscles so it helps with the soreness
How I Stay Motivated:
Its not a choice, it s a hobby for me that does not involve cars just you and the weight pushing like hell to get to the top
BB Accomplishments:
At age 19, I was as still am 5"6 but at the time weight was140, had a bsm of 4% and I was benching 260. Now that my upper body is shot, decided it was time to have some fun with the legs

Took a simple e mail questions about the gym, ran with it and gave me a huge education about the tools and tricks that have helped him along the way. I could not ask for a better gym owner. Thanks a million
Going back to the home state for a few days.. Looking for a low key place to lift. I like a dark gym, ac/dc on the box and a few core guys you really can learn a lot from

Howdy! Houston Gym was OK, but lacked some equipment that I needed. Also, I got tired of dealing with bent barbells. I'm now working out at Hank's Gym.
Bro, Houston is HUGE! It depends on what part of town you will be living. Holla back and let me know more...I can certainly help! And check out our show for next May at www.LoneStarWeekend.com ... It's gonna be awesome!
