Every sport has its champions and winners. I have been involved with the sport of triathlon and triathlons are a great sport. It's a lot of fun to swim, bike, and run, but it also can be a sport we can learn valuable lessons that help us in life.
I want to share with you two lessons I feel...
IM AZ huh? Cool - That was sold out. A few people in gnotri (Greater New Orleans tri club) did the race, and they loved it. What was your time? Man, IM's are so intense. That is awesome!!!! How does it feel to be an Ironman? hahahaha - cool.
Hey there, thanks for the ad. Love your beach pics, love your body. And admire your triathalons, I have thought of doing a mini one but sugarinies, it is pure sweat and freakin determination. Re the open water swimming, is it hte sharkes, what is your fear. I have had to overcome lots of fears to perform at my best...write to me....Belinda

You look awesome yourself.....insane workout schedule! You're a busy body for sure....That's awesome!
dog whisperer had me rolling on the floor. Im more of a dog yeller like "Blue, are you in the trash?" "Blue, stop rubbin your hiney on the flooooorrrr"
Have a smashing week! And you are not the only chick afraid of open water. I hate my feet dangling in the ocean
Still no chest workout but to day I did 3 set of tri extentions and 3 set of peacher curls NO PAIN in my chest. I will add to this workout slowly. Also change up my leg workout order placing squats last. Holy Crap my weight has drop by half but what a burn and pump . Must change thing up more.
I pulled a chest muscle so no weights for 2 week GRRRR. Yesturday i hit the cardio 90 minutes on the incline ramp while watching the tour du France. Now those guy's are in great shape the stage was 357 KM or about 250 mile
Thanks so much for the add girly. And you shouldn't hesitate to post them progress pics, by the looks of that bod, you're pretty rockin'! Have an awesome weekend. :)
