ski87 You can be amaze how creative you can get when your juicing fruits and vegetables to reach your goals. I'm actually going to be juicing nothing but grapefruit with my protein shakes for the next five days to meet my weigh-in requirement. I'm working on getting down to 235lbs so we'll see how that goes for me with all the cardio I'll be doing. I'll let you know how I perform for my juice fasting and post some progress photos sometime middle of February. Thanks for keeping in touch. Jan 27, 2012 4:24pm

ski87 Hey trickynick I saw your post on a bodygroup and I thought I could throw a pointer or two to see if it might help you. You ought to try doing a juice fasting for one month nothing but fruits, vegetables and protein powder to keep some muscle you've put on already. I'm currently on a 90day juice fast doing really well on it. Jan 24, 2012 12:23pm
