Resolved to act my age, and not say 'woot' at risk of being thought frightening... like the auburn-dyed hair you see sticking out from beneath some old codgers' backwards baseball caps. CRINGE!
Keep my training weight around 160-164 .Maintain arm ,chest and leg size .After reaching my goal of 60 pull-ups in 2008.I surpassed it this year Oct. 16 with 63!
