Hey, Thanks for dropping by again. My Leg work out went good I went up on weight again. I will be posting some progres pictures Sunday. I am going to try to post them once a month. I dont know if they will show much progress, but I can definately tell a difference in my clothes and when I look in the mirror. It sounds like your really kicking it on the cardio. I would be doing good to last 5 minutes on an incline much less 20. Keep up the good work. God bless

Good luck on achieving your goals as well. I also salute you. I have nothing but the highest regards for our troups. I would also like to offer a tip about the high cholesterol. If you can get them over in Iraq eat 1 serving of raw walnuts after each meal. They are supposed to be real good for raising good cholestrol levels and lowering the bad.
