How I Started:
Well after basketball season, some of the guys started working out at the school's gym after school so I tagged along.
Why I Love It:
1. I love seeing my body develop(even though it hasnt that much)
2. I like the strength gains in everyday uses.
3. It helps with basketball.

I really want some 15/16 inch arms and weigh about 160/170, which wouldn't be that bad for me.

Goal (Long):
I don't want to be a big hulk because I play basketball(senior year) and am joining the Army National Guard after high school.....mainly just want to stay low body fat and gain steady muscle.
I am currently 135...wish to be 160-170 and ripped by the end of college.

hey man, any truth to your username? if so props to you man, i got respect for triathletes. I did a triathlon last summer. Swimming SUCKED, dominated biking, held my own in running.
