Very little. Crunches or hanging leg raises 2-3 times a week for 2-3 sets per workout. My main focus to make them visible is eating less.

training is going ok.. apart from legs. tightest lower back and hammies makes it very uncomfortable to train. but i am going to get a massage tonight which will loosen me up i hope. how is your training coming along?

Next I want a star above those two with E A G around the top points. My initials. And under those two would be a star with C H for a trip to CHina I went to when I was 17. It represents 10 years of competitive swimming, which got me to a swim meet in china. And the list will go on as I have more achievements that I feel help shape me into who I am.

Hahaha! Well that is super awesome! Haha. 117! I'll remember that! Mine is a start of something much bigger. It will be a list of achievements of my lifetime. I want stars all the way down my spine by the time I am finished. Right now the two are O W for OutwardBound West. A 21 day hiking trip I did when I was 14 that helped me get past being shy and become more outgoing and a leader. W E is WYLD Expedition. A 14 day hiking trip I did when I was 15 which continued helping me grow.
