i was playing hockey and need to get ready for a training camp for a semi-pro team in new hampshire so i hired a personal trainer...

my main goal is to make it through the training camp for the charlotte checkers of the ECHL. i have played semi-pro before and now gettin ready to take the big step towards pro....
the training camp is in the end of september and i am hoping to be offered a contract to get paid to do what i love to do ....

so i did the swim portion of this race in 20:28.95 (M:S:MS) for a 1k swim, so the swim went great, the water was warm. but not warm enough to call it no wetsuit... the bike portion of the race was tough but fun.... a total of 1:17:16.45 and a average speed of 19.3 mph over 25 miles not...
mondays- start off the weak with legs... when i do legs my fav. work out is this ex.
leg extenshion- 4x20 reps increase weight everytime. now with the extheshions when u increase weight you mite be thinking how can i do 175 for 20 in a row... u cant get as many as you can rest then finish...
