My little brother, my friend and I all wanted to get ahead for football in highschool.

I dont feel good until Iv been to the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing someone bigger than me lift less weight keeps me going.

When I started working out I weighed just over 130 lbs. within a year I was weighing in at 170 lbs.

Just over a year ago Back Shot
Shortly after I finished 8 months of training (bootcamp, infantry training battalion, silent drill school). I hadnt been able to really get consistent good workouts during that time.
