So, my jaw has been healed for a while now and I've been working out and running. I've only gained back 5lbs, but I'm maintaining good muscle mass and deffination as well as strength for my wieght. Thanks for all the words of encouragement and advice
I plan on having a body lift to remove the flab left over from my poor health. To prepare for that I'm trying to add as much lean muscle as possible before the operation next year.
