I was hoping to make at least top 5. Fell short of my goal. But still not bad considering im coming off three herniated discs. I also was not happy about the fact the class was divided by height and not weight because I had at least three 200lbs monsters in my category. But regardless, A game should have been brought. It was probably not smart for me to compete so soon after injury. All in all I had fun and it was nice to see some of the people I beat before do and look better. The show could have been run a little smoother. The expediting backstage was not that great and the played the wrong music for several people during finals. |

Results:
1st Heavy Novice...yeah, at 154lbs they put me in heavyweight...i think because they had a big number of bantam weights (under 154lbs)... they only had light and heavy in novice division...so i fell on the split line.
2nd in novice overall....i was robbed...even i will defend that...at the OCB Charm City on Oct 21, it was close, but this was obvious robbery.
3rd in lightweight open...This was a tough one. Im happy with the result.
Overall this was definitely a tougher competition...but i welcomed that challenge!!! It makes one better!
Contest itself was ran okay...definitely was not run as smoothly as October's contest.
Thanks for all the support and those who came to one show or the other. Big shout out to my trainer Tim Bruffy, team mate Marcia (she got 2nd in her category, and my buddy Andy for taking the pics, that I will post for you guys soon). |

1st Place - Novice Lightweight
2nd Place (Runner Up) Novice - Overall - Many said that I won this hands down. I had better legs and back than the guy. I will check the scorecards when posted.
3rd Place - Open Lightweight Division
