Alright. Back on the wagon...yet again! I got in a bad car accident, drunk driver hit me, in January. I can't run for more than 2 miles, so it disenfranchised me. I lost near 20 pounds the end of 2008 but gained it back after the accident. BACK again!
Why I Love It:
It gives you that rush after you get done. It becomes fun once you get used to it again and it makes me feel great.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just have to get back into shape. I look at the clothes I used to fit in and motivate myself that I need to make it there.
What the hell, I'm no track runner. Why am I trying to jump these hurdles when I should just run straight through them. Why tiptoe around these damned things either?? Just demolish them. Last 2 weeks my workouts have been off and on, but mostly ****. I have had a lot on my mind.
Just wanted to say that both Brian and myself were commenting on you while you were doing the dumbbell shoulder press. We can both see the increase in clean size and definition. You're making awesome gains dude.
Another great job at the gym, although I need to start working you harder. You only cursed me once. You arms looked realed pumped and solid with that rear bicep flex. The shoulders really made it.
It sucks, but it get's better! It's going on 8 months for me! And I feel so free to do whatever I want! Not only that but I have learned not to allow those kind of people into my life ever again!
I've definitely been in that boat! Except after riding in that boat for two years, the guy jumped out, beat me with the paddle and hopped right into a boat with another girl! Talk about motivation to work on myself! I have been single ever since.lol. Whatever the circumstance, you have made great progress!
Nah, I'm not into myspace or spacebook...
I also drag some old injuries with me, like herniated disc is pushing my sciatic nerve and my right leg is loosing strength and my knee is all screwed from running back when I was 260, plus the elbow tendons, heal and lower trapezius since like forever, but you workout smart and keep your self from further injuries and keep on pushing your self further, keep at it man!
That's great news bro! New house, new job, sounds like your are on your way. I am doing great, a little busy but I can handle it...for now :D
Anyway I am working out hard and still battling with my new business, working 8 hours shift and trying to create some art in the mean time.
Anyways it is all great, and great to have you back man.
Man! I already feared you were gone for ever man, don't do that, LOL :D
Man I am glad you are back in this thing, now get back in the gym bro!!!
I am doing great, last picture I took is old, I am almost at the end of my loosing fat phase, my six pack is showing up, but I have no camera right now and I am busy as hell.
Great to hear from you bro, don't get lost again man ;)
