What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
i am always ready to go to the gym. always

Monday- *Incline Barbell Bench 4 Sets 8
*Alt. Dumbell Press 4 sets 5each
arm then 5 together 15 total
*Cable Cross Overs 4 sets 10
superset with Butterflies 4 sets 10 then at the end do 3 sets of pushups to failure. Good luck and hope that helps!!
