How I Started:
I was influenced by some of my soldiers challenging me to the gym and decided it was a great way to relieve stress, stay young and get away from the everyday routine.
Why I Love It:
I have always enjoyed staying fit, body building was just never my thing, after 6 mos I have seen drastic improvements and like the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to stay motivated by telling myself I can do better,and am always pushing myself I am pretty hard on myself and like to be competitive, my work out partners always inspire me a bunch
BB Accomplishments:
I have added lots of definition muscle to my upper back, my triceps, and shoulders, ABS are coming along but I like to eat.

jan 09, not happy yet, see some improvement
had just got started working out and this was one of my first pictures. not good!
this is just after 4 mos of working out, I have always felt more comfortable with my back then my upper front.

My over al goal is to look good, feel good and shed a few pounds.
Goal (Long):
I would like to loose about 10 pounds, put on as much muscle as possible on my upper body and show some definition in my lower stomach area. I currently weigh 187 pounds and have 22% body fat, being in the Army they are pretty strick on that so i have to maintain my weight. overall I just want to be healthy and feel healthy.

need so advice, Currently not at my normal location and I am not getting the workout I needĀ or am use to, what do you do FOR EXERCISE, or eat or substitute for a workout while traveling, also being in the military all gyms are freeĀ  to us, what is the going rate for a yearly fee or what do...
