How I Started:
I was influenced by some of my soldiers challenging me to the gym and decided it was a great way to relieve stress, stay young and get away from the everyday routine.
Why I Love It:
I have always enjoyed staying fit, body building was just never my thing, after 6 mos I have seen drastic improvements and like the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to stay motivated by telling myself I can do better,and am always pushing myself I am pretty hard on myself and like to be competitive, my work out partners always inspire me a bunch
BB Accomplishments:
I have added lots of definition muscle to my upper back, my triceps, and shoulders, ABS are coming along but I like to eat.

Goal (Long):
I would like to loose about 10 pounds, put on as much muscle as possible on my upper body and show some definition in my lower stomach area. I currently weigh 187 pounds and have 22% body fat, being in the Army they are pretty strick on that so i have to maintain my weight. overall I just want to be healthy and feel healthy.
