How I Started:
I started working out my Junior year of High school in a weight lifting class. I only took the course because I needed an extra credit. I was hooked, I followed that up with another course my senior year. The class was made up of two girls, myself and one other, the rest were all HOT football players. I found it very, very fun to be around all these guys, constantly competing with one another.. To my surprise I got more then eyecandy out of the course!!! I felt a difference in my body, and the way I felt. We tracked all our progress in a manual. Soon I had the dead lift record for girls in the school, and the guys would watch me!

BB Accomplishments:
I trained once for an Iron Man Bodybuilding fitness show.
I got my bodyfat down to about 17% and looked amazingly lean, and fit.
Never Competed... :(
I recently moved, and in that move have become stagnant in my workout routine. I used to workout 7 days a week at what used to be a 24 hour fitness in Medford, Or. I was the fittest Id ever been. Since moving I have lost interest in the gym, and eating clean. Sooo needless to say have gained weight.
Id like to be lean and strong again weiging in at about 120 lbs and about 12-15% body fat. My goal is to get back on track and have the body I used to!
This is a 90 day program w/ 12 highly diverse and intense workouts.
I have just started this program, and am enjoying it from the comfort of my own home gym. Being in the Northwest does not always allow me to drive to the gym.
