I have worked out off and on my whole life. Ever since my father bought me my first weight bench and punching bag, when I was a child. I've always been active but childhood injuries as well as poor eating habbits have made me susceptible to laziness and thus gain weight. I have a lot of aches and pains that I use as excuses to not exercise. When pain and discomfort get to be to much I quit making excuses and got serious. Its not easy for me to do what I need to do to accomplish my goals but like I tell my children. "Victory comes to those who want it the most, and are willing to do what it takes, period!"
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the feeling I get when I'm finish with a good workout. It is a good stress reliever and helps me to start my day. I often wake up stiff and tired. This use to be my excuse to skip exercise. Now, I know that if I just workout the stiffens will go away. It is the exact reason why I workout. No more excuses!
How I Stay Motivated:
I do all sorts of things to get myself in gear. My big motivator is music. I will sometimes go tanning before I workout which gets my muscles loose and relaxed.
Those are the things I do on a day to day basis. However, My biggest motivator is setting goals and achieving them. It is what drives me.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet, I'm still trying to get my diet under control.

?Life isn't about haw hard you can hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and still get back up.?
Reaching their final destination wasnt nearly as important as who they become on the way.
