Out of high school I was just a buck thirty. In college a bunch of friends started Bodybuilding and asked if I'd want to check it out. I was on and off for years but in 2004 I finally took things more seriously. Since then, I've been as heavy as 215ibs eating and drinking everything in site, and the past year I have become very serious and Im at a fairly lean 183ibs and trying to cut down to 175ibs for the summer..
Why I Love It:
Its a lifestyle. Its addicting like a drug. The pumps, the rush, the pain.. I must have it!
How I Stay Motivated:
I love the feeling at the end of an intense workout. That feeling can only be achieved by hitting the gym hard, so I'm always motivated to feel that elation at the end of a good workout...

Looking solid, about loosing some of the additional BF% have you try to run slow in the +65% to 75% of your Heart Rate range? Distance is fine 5 km every other day but at a very low HR% or zone1? Also some weight gainers are in your diet, have you try to lower the consumption as well?
