How I Started:
I just had a baby and it is time to get in shape. She is almost a year and I am ten pounds from my pre-baby weight
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel about myself. Working out is a stress releiver.
How I Stay Motivated:
I used to worry about weight and that just stressed me out. When I really started to understand the importance of exercising and eating right then I started getting real results but i still have a ways to go

Goal (Long):
I want to get back to my varsity track physique from my college days. That will take about 28lbs weighloss and 10% decrease in body fat. I want to a cleaner eating regimen and to increase my squats bench and cleans.
I want to lose this weight by June 31st 2008.

Today I ran three miles Yeah! The power of positive and awareness thinking is wonderful. I am telling the world and putting it into the universe that I am going to be 160lbs!
I really do eat clean most times. 6 times a day, with some snacking on almonds and boiled eggs. Pre contest is the same food though, just portion control. I have a sample diet on my page. Whole grains, high protein (meat fish or poultry), veggies,eggs, protein powder, low dairy intake.
I know its hard but just think about what it is you want to do, start with small goals and don't try to do everything at once. Perhaps learn a little more about clean meals. Check my blog for recipes. What type of diet are you on?
