Actually I'm starting again after a year and a half without running or touching a weight. I got sick from my kidneys and since that happened I didnt come back to the gym. Now Im starting again but in my own home.
I went to the doctor on 7/16/07 and i weighet myself. I weigheted 209 lbs!!! i couldnt stand the thought that I gained around 30 lbs in 5 months so i decided to work out again.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling. I love the way my muscles feel after working out. it relieves stress and makes me feel good.
How I Stay Motivated:
By reading FLEX and MUSCLE AND FITNESS and by loggin on to this website.

This is it. I decided to take the fat off! just last year I weighted 180 lbs. I need to loose the fat and add some muscle
I came back from north carolina. i was there for the weekend and i feel bad that i missed some workout and ate very unhealthy! I went to a wedding and a baptism and a birthday, so I ate cake, carnitas, barbecue,chicharrones, and of course BEER and TEQUILA. I didn't get drunk, but i drank easily...
Lately i've been waking up at 5:30 am to run for 30 minutes. Tomorrow (8-15-07) will be my 4th time waking up early.
I try to do at least 50-60 push ups and crunches on my break at work.
Hi Trece_Calle, thank you for adding me as a friend. Please don't worry those 30 lbs...it can be lost, and you'll be better than before. I'm a newbie, so I truly appreciate the kind comments from bb.com members such as yourself. Expect only the best. :)
