How I Started:
My husband is in the military and extremely fit so after our child was born I wanted to go with him to the gym.
Why I Love It:
I feel stronger and healthier, more confident and more energetic. I like the way I look now especially after having my baby.
How I Stay Motivated:
Normally my husband motivates me but he's soon to be deployed so now I have to do it on my own.
BB Accomplishments:
I have gained quite a bit of muscle and I look leaner. I would still like to lose 10 more lbs and cut up.

Goal (Short):
I need to lost about 10 lbs, work on my lower back and stomach and try to cut up a little.
Goal (Long):
I lift pretty heavy and I need to start doing more reps. I want to lost 10 lbs of fat especially around my stomach because I carry all of my weight there. Overall arms and legs I'm happy with, I could definately cut up though.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb

Stay motivated because you will see results.
How many days per week do you do cardio?
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
My favorite is the stepmill because it cuts fat and builds muscle. I also run but hate it.
