How I Started:
I have cystic fibrosis and have been pretty healthy all my life. My sister on the other hand is a different story. She lost her fight with cystic fibrosis when she was 15 and I was 10. About a year ago I decided that I would workout and live the healthy life that my sister couldn't.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the results I have made and knowing that I am living a healthy life. I also want to set an example for other people with cystic fibrosis and show them that anything is possible.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that I am living the life that my sister couldn't
