Captain Ahab If you really want to lose weight and get into great shape I believe it is best to follow a proven program such as the 12-week Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in only 12 weeks by following Body for Life. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you may be amazed at the results and how fast they happen. It will be well worth the effort. Let me know if you wish more info. Jul 8, 2008 6:09pm
