How I Started:
I started working out when I was 17 years old and joined the army. In basic training my drill sergeants used to make fun of me because I was so skinny. One of them called me “skin-tight” the entire time I was there. There were times when I wanted to rip his head off and crap down his neck, but I kept my composure. I realized how skinny I was compared to all the other soldiers and knew something had to change. I told myself, “Self, something has to change.” I then started going to the gym on my base in Wiesbaden, Germany; hitting the weights, boxing, and mma (mixed martial arts) were incorporated in my workouts. Because of my high metabolism, I only gained 10lbs the entire year (2006-2007). Late 2007 I deployed to Iraq. I had a lot of free time so my workouts were more intense. There were times that I couldn’t even go to the gym because I was doing missions; however, I always made up for the days I missed. In Iraq I have gained a total of 21lbs which was one of my goals (gain over 20lbs in Iraq). Working out has become a drug for me…I love it! I know that I will further transform my body (because I am STILL skinny) if I just keep doing what I am doing.
Why I Love It:
The overall feeling and the body transformation.
How I Stay Motivated:
Completing my weight goals for the week/month, and knowing that I am getting stronger.
BB Accomplishments:
I think I'll need a few more years to answer THIS question.

Today, I am going to try and max my deadlifts at 300lbs. If I do it, I'll update my graph. If not...well, lets just go with WHEN I max my deadlift. I have confidence in myself. Alrightey Then...LET'S DO IT!
